One of the longest established auctioneering firms in Galway city and county. Liam Mulryan opened the doors of Mulryan Auctioneers in 1st May 1978 .
As managing director of Mulryan Auctioneers Liam has a wealth of experience in the property industry.
Liam completed his auctioneering training with Linsey’s in their Galway office in the early 70’s before opening Mulryan Auctioneers in 1978.
Liam, also a property developer has completed a number of development projects in the Galway area.
The Mulryan Auctioneers office is now located on the top floor of the Briarhill Shopping which Liam developed himself and opened for business in Sept 2007 with Dunnes Stores as it’s anchor tenant.

As managing director of Mulryan Auctioneers Liam has a wealth of experience in the property industry.

Mary O Brien
Mary O Brien has been with the company for over 20 years and also holds her licence in all 4 categories and works closely with Liam on the sales both commercial and residential . Mary also runs the residential lettings where the company manages both stand alone and block management.
Eva Mc Garrity
Eva holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from NUIG and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). She recently re-joined the family firm having spent 10 plus years in a large construction and property management company. Eva looks after the financials for the Mulryan Group and has recently commenced studying for her Auctioneering and Valuation Licences.
Laura Daly
Laura Daly joined the firm in 2022 as the Shopping centre. Laura handles the day to day running of Briarhill Shopping Centre along with working alongside Eva and Mary in the property management.
